    • Green chilli (Hari mirch) , Mustard Oil (Sarson Ka Tel) , Fenugreek seeds (Methi)
    • Ingredients
    • Green Chillies
    • Mustard Oil 150 ml
    • Vinegar 1 tbsp
    • Salt
    • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
    • Mustard powder 2 tbsp
    • Black Salt 1 tsp
    • Methi powder 1 tsp
    • Saunf powder 2 tbsp
    • Sugar 1 tbsp
    • Method
    • Wash the green chillies and cut it into small pieces of 1 inch or 1 cm.
    • Then add mustard powder, turmeric powder, methi powder, saunf powder, black salt, vinegar, white salt, sugar and then mix well, at the end add the mustard oil.
    • Mix well and keep it closed, let the chillies soak well.
    • In 2-3 days pickle is ready to eat. Keep the pickle in the Refrigerator
