- Green chilli (Hari mirch) , Mustard Oil (Sarson Ka Tel) , Fenugreek seeds (Methi)

- Mustard Oil 150 ml
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 2 tbsp
- Black Salt 1 tsp
- Methi powder 1 tsp
- Saunf powder 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Method
- Wash the green chillies and cut it into small pieces of 1 inch or 1 cm.
- Then add mustard powder, turmeric powder, methi powder, saunf powder, black salt, vinegar, white salt, sugar and then mix well, at the end add the mustard oil.
- Mix well and keep it closed, let the chillies soak well.
- In 2-3 days pickle is ready to eat. Keep the pickle in the Refrigerator
