- Rice, Tomato , Onion (Kanda Pyaaz), Cheese, Cream (Malai)
- Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice (cooked)
- 1 cup Tomato paste
- 1 Green Chillie finely cut
- 2 cup Chick Pea (Chana) boiled
- 2 tsp Ginger finely grated
- 1 cup Cream
- Salt and Red Chillie powder accg. to taste
- 2 Onions med (slightly fried)
- 1 cube Amul Cheese
Method
Mix everything and bake for 1/2 hr at 180 degreeoC
